Hilton's 1st 5k!

Hilton and I had a great time at the Lifepoint 5k! The race supports organ, tissue and eye donation, so make sure you are an organ donor!! It was a chilly Saturday morning and Hilton loved bundling up in his bear outfit. We finished the race towards the back of the pack, but that's okay! This pic is of Ava and Hilton after the race. Notice Hilton giving the "I love you" symbol:)

Breathing treatments

One more quick photo. Daddy giving Hilton a breathing treatment.

Sorry, it's been a while...

SOOO, it's been a while since I "blogged", and a lot has been going on. I started back to work in mid January, and things are going great!! Hilton has been enjoying daycare (at least I think!). He is always happy when he is dropped off and picked up (okay, maybe the first two days I picked him up, he was crying, but we won't talk about that). His teachers are very very sweet and I know they are taking great care of my little boy during the day. They call him the "class cutie." I am only working 4 days a week, which has been nice. Every Friday we have Hilton and Mommy day, which usually consists of a trip to Target, a trip to Publix and of course laundry....sounds like a great day to me! I am so grateful to have an awesome job, great bosses, and wonderful co-workers.

Speaking of co-workers, this past week at work has been a little difficult with the terrible news of one the Verge family members. I continue to pray for Dara and the Watson family. For those of you who might not know what has gone on the past week, here is the link to the latest article (http://www2.counton2.com/news/2012/feb/17/7/police-find-body-watson-search-ar-3248678/).

Back to Hilton (which has been and will be the center of pretty much all of my blog posts), he is finally feeling better! He has been sick for about 2 weeks now....RSV and an ear infection, lovely! We have done breathing treatments and some yummy pink antibiotics. He has actually done pretty well with both the medicine and breathing treatments....he is a trooper. Seth and I both had to take a day off from work to stay home with our baby a couple weeks ago. Now that Hilton is on the mends, he is happier than ever!! I LOVE his sweet smiling face, and how intense those raspberries (or whatever you call it--blowing bubbles with his lips) can get. He is so fun! His four month check up was this past week, and he is a growing boy!! He is average size in height in weight, but 92% in head circumference! Big brain, I like to think! Can't believe this sweet little boy is 4 months old already. Time flies when your having fun!

I am going to try to do better at blogging, but I am not making any promises! Check back for more posts and hopefully some pics from the Christmas holidays (better late than never, right?!). Hilton met a lot of family members, and I would like to share those pics as well. Okay, I hear baby crying...gotta go!!
