While I was feeding Hilton today he put his hands on the bottle, so I let go just to see what he would do. He held on fed himself for about a minute! I just had to take a pic!
Ally! Clair Byrd (Cowley) gave me your blog address, and I am so glad!! Your son is adorable, and you look great, of course! :) Also, I noticed your husband is a resident! How are you doing?? It's so hard at times, but can be wonderful, too. We have made so many amazing friends on our medical journey! We are in N Carolina for one year as my husband does a Cardiac Anesthesia Fellowship. Our 9 year journey ends in JULY!!!!!! I cannot believe it is actually going to result in a job. The journey has been a wonderful one, but we are ready for it to end. :)

Oh, and I think you went back to work recently, right? I hope you are doing okay! Ugh. That is not easy for sure. Eventually you get into a routine and it isn't as hard. Hang in there.
He's growing up so fast! I hope you had a good transition back to work, Allyson. We've been thinking about you!
